The Wellington College Chamber Choir and Woodwind Ensemble will be participating in the 6th Sound of Action concert at St. Anne’s Cathedral on Thursday 3rd December at 7.30pm. The concert is a  showcase of the musical talent in selected schools throughout Northern Ireland. The Chamber Choir will sing one of their favourites ‘Sing We Now of Christmas’, a traditional French Carol arranged by John Leavitt and The Woodwind Ensemble will play ‘Troika’ from lieutenant Kije by Prokofiev. The compere for the evening will be Claire McCollum. The pupils and staff are really looking forward to getting into the Christmas spirit at this event and the school has pledged to raise £500 towards Action Cancer.
