On Wednesday 21st November all Year 10 pupils took part in PwC’s Hive Tech Academy. Pupil’s worked in teams, learning design thinking skills to solve every day problems, made use of augmented, virtual and mixed reality for their designs and discussed the importance of cyber security.

By taking part in the event pupils were able to experience industrial practice giving them an insight into digital careers.

All pupil’s really enjoyed the day and explained how it has given them a taster into career paths they are interested in and they look forward to taking part in the 4 day event in PwC’s offices in Belfast.

A massive thanks to the Hive Academy team for all their hard work and support on the day
