A group of 30 year 8 boys took part in a Health and Well Being event at the Kingspan Stadium (home of Ulster Rugby). The boys were involved in practical workshops on training they had talks on nutrition, building resilience as well as a tour of the stadium and the Nevin Spence centre. The boys had a fantastic day and were able to meet and chat to some of Ulster’s star players.
