Queen's Pathway Opportunity Programme

17th October 2019 in Events

Mr O' Hara [Head of Careers Education and Guidance] was delighted to welcome Hannah Mc Kay from the Queen's Pathway Opportunity Programme to the College to speak with Year 13s about this Opportunity Programme.

Hannah was joined by Sophie Annett and Josh Higgs [from Year 14] and both Sophie and Josh shared their personal experiences of this pathway programme from last year. Both completed the programme and will now get a one or two grade reduced offer for Queen's along with a £1000 bursary for their first year of study.

Hannah went on to offer some further insight into the benefits for all applicants.  A really wonderful opportunity for all our 6th formers considering Higher Education within Queen's University Belfast. Applications for this programme at QUB open 1st November 2019

Anyone requiring further information check on the Queen's website or contact Mr O' Hara directly at the College
