Year 14 Talks Programme – NIE
The Year 14 Talks programme continued on Friday 11th November 2022 with a presentation by Ms Zara Bolton from Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE). Zara spoke about career opportunities and the recruitment process within the NIE. The talk was very interesting and provided further career options for our pupils to consider.
Year 10 Geography Field Trip
Year 10 Geography classes made their annual fieldtrip to Murlough and Newcastle in September. Students volunteer with Habitat for Humanity
Ten Year 13 pupils were selected to take part in the Changemakers programme with Habitat for Humanity Northern Ireland. This included a day of action in the new ReStore on the Crumlin Road. WCB Year 14 STEM Ambassadors
The Year 14 students enjoyed their training with STEM Hub NI. They are now qualified as STEM Ambassadors and can conduct their own STEM research and projects with primary schools and Key Stage 3 classes.
Corpus Christi College, Cambridge Workshop

CPR Course
Senior pupils attended the first of our CPR training sessions on Thursday 13th October.
