PRINCIPAL DAVID CASTLES WITH DEPUTY HEAD GIRLS 2017-18

Outstanding A Level Results 2018, 83% 3A*-C

22 Aug

We are exceptionally proud of the results achieved by our Year 14 students, with a fantastic 83% of students achieving 3 or more A*-C grades.

These students have embraced the mission of the College, to engage, educate and empower. We wish all of our leavers every success in their future studies and activities.

93% of all exams entered were awarded grades A*-C, and a 100% pass rate was achieved in 17 subjects. The hard work of students, our supportive College environment, and the collective efforts of staff and parents are all factors in the success of the Wellington Sixth Form.

Pictured are Deputy Head Girls Jade Cooke, and Victoria and Sarah Millar, who celebrate exam success with Principal, David Castles. Twins Victoria and Sarah each gained 1A* and 2 A grades! They will go on to study Dentistry at QUB and Primary Education at Stranmillis. Jade achieved 1 A* and 2 B grades and has been offered a place to study Music at QUB.
